Charlie Walling

Charlie Walling has an extensive, 32-year history in the dairy industry, including consumer packaged goods sales and distribution. For the last 12 years, he was the general manager of Robinson Dairy, a $95-million, 155-employee division of Dean Foods that packages and markets a diverse dairy product line, including Horizon organic milk.  He served on the nine-member Colorado Milk Marketing Board from 2001 to 2013. Charlie was recipient of the Colorado Ethics in Business award in 2010 and was appointed to the Colorado Agricultural Commission transition teams for Governor Hickenlooper and Governor Ritter. Prior to his executive role at Robinson Dairy, he was sales manager, then general manager of an $85-million dairy distribution center in Houston. 

Charlie is a current member of the Denver Health Foundation and Metro State University Foundation boards of directors. He is past chairman of the Denver Metro Leadership Foundation board, past board member of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, and a graduate of the Leadership Denver program.  He also has served on the boards of Saint Joseph Hospital Foundation, the Denver Athletic Club and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Denver.
