Train puts Denver Health NightShine Gala on track to success

May 2, 2013

From The Denver Post: All that Train, the Grammy-winning rock group from San Francisco, was obligated to do last Saturday night was show up at the National Western Events Center and put on a show for the 1,750 guests at NightShine, the Denver Health Foundation's annual fundraising gala.

That, however, is not the way it went.

Sure, the group's members did a fabulous job of entertaining a crowd that included Gov. John Hickenlooper, former Denver Mayors Guillermo “Bill” Vidal, Wellington Webb and Federico Peña; former Gov. Bill Owens and a host of legislators, doctors, business leaders and socialites.

What's totally awesome is what happened between the time they landed in Denver and when they hit the stage.
