Courtney Foy-Baldwin

Courtney Foy-Baldwin
Director of Operations & Systems

Courtney Foy-Baldwin joined Denver Health Foundation because of her deep-rooted passion for social justice and because of the impressive amount of uncompensated, world-class care Denver Health provides to community members each year. She strongly feels that her most important contribution to society is her ability to bring philanthropy and programs for the social good together.

Having led the Foundation’s institutional philanthropic fundraising efforts for the past four years, Courtney’s team has raised more than $10 million for Denver Health’s community-facing programs, such as the Center for Addition Medicine, School-Based Health programs, maternal health programs, as well as upstream programs which impact the social determinants of health. Building upon this fundraising success, she has worked as part of the Foundation’s leadership staff to modernize systems that complement DHF’s growth as a destination fundraising enterprise in Denver. Now as Director of Operations & Systems, Courtney will continue to facilitate Denver Health Foundation’s growth, leading our Fund Management, Impact Management, and Data Management teams as they work to deploy the generosity of our community leaders and partners.

Before joining Denver Health Foundation, Courtney served as Director of Development and Marketing for grassroots nonprofit Kansas City Community Gardens. She has also served as an Advisory Board Member for Guatemala Occupational Therapy Ministries and worked to support organizations in the arts and education. Courtney holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Kansas and a graduate certificate of grantsmanship from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and she is a Fall 2019 Class Alumna of the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation’s Impact Denver program.
