David McReynolds
David is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of young people in Colorado. It’s one reason why former Governor Bill Owens declared June 16, 2005 as “David McReynolds Day.” David has brought that same passion for community advocacy to support the Denver Health Foundation as a long-standing board member.
David is the founder and president of Columbine Health Plan, a specialty health plan providing chiropractic, acupuncture and massage therapy services to Colorado members. Prior to starting Columbine Health Plan in 1993, David worked in the auto glass industry before transitioning to professional sports marketing and later to sports radio. He has also owned and operated companies in advertising and food services industries.
David currently serves on the boards of Colorado Concern and the American Transplant Foundation. In 2003, David was presented with Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce’s M. Doak Jacoway Volunteer of the Year Award.
