Jeff Geller

Jeff Geller is the Executive Vice-President for Palo alto Inc. and Alvarado Concepts LLC.  Palo Alto Inc. is one of the largest franchies of  Yum! Brands, a restaurant system that includes:  Taco Bell, KFC, and Pizza Hut.  Palo Alto Inc. currently holds more than 145 assets across four states.  Jeff oversees and strategically manages several arms of the company including real estate, construction, Pizza Hut Operations and communications with Yum! Corporate.  Jeff's real estate role encompasses the management andn egotiation of the purchase of new land and maintenance of property leases.  He also leads the construction of new buildings and remodeling of existing facilities as well as maintenance of all holdings.  A major component of his new role of EVP is communication with Yum!'s Executive team regarding franchise agreements and future development. 

Jeff also serves on the executive committee for Palo Alto Inc.'s marketing association that represents every Taco Bell in the state of Colorado.  He also heads Palo Alto Inc. on the underwriting committee of the Franchise Insurance Group (FIG).  As one of the largest franchisees, Palo Alto Inc. is a founding member of FIG, which is a start-up insurance captive that servers approximately 2,000 quick serve restaurants across the nation.  

Jeff's dedication to the community spans several local and national organizations.  He is a founding member of the Denver Hospice NextGen committee, and in 2011 was a Co-Host along with his wife, Jennifer Alvarado Geller, for the Denver Hospice Mask Project Gala.  In the past he has helped steer Wines for Life which was a benefit for cancer research in honor of his father James V. Geller which was a catalyst to bring in the first Pet Scan to Colorado.  He has been a leader ont he ticketing committee of the I HAve a Dream Foundation as well.  

In 2010 Jeff was selected to be a part of the Leadership Denver Program amongst 50 future leaders. 

Jeff began his professional career working in the beverage wholesaler business in Queens N.Y.  He moved to Denver in 1997 where he worked for Beverage Distributors Corporation, one of the largest independent wholesalers in the nation.  While there, he helped create the Meritage Wine Company and became Managing Director.  Jeff's responsibilities included creating a wine portfolio and driving sales and profits for the company. 

Jeff graduated from Ithaca College in New York with a B.A. in Political Science.  While earning his degree he was named Division III collegiate "Player of the Year," and was also a two-time All American.  He was recently inducted into Ithaca College's Sports Hall of Fame.  Jeff has four beautiful girls; his wife, Jennifer, and three daughters (Lucinda, Ctalina & Estella).  Jeff enjoys spending his free time golfing and traveling with his family.
