Dr. John Sbarbaro Memorial Lecture Series in Public Health

This fund was established in memory of the late Dr. John Sbarbaro who wielded tremendous influence in the operations and policy development of Denver General Hospital for decades. Between 1965-1986, Dr. Sbarbaro served in several capacities at the Denver Department of Health and Hospitals, but primarily as the Director of Public Health and Preventive Medicine.
