Inspired by the extensive involvement of her parents, Jenny has developed a passion for Denver Health’s incredible impact on the Denver Community.  Jenny’s mother, Dr. Elaine Scholes, has been a pediatrician with Denver Health for more than 33 years.  Her father, Terry Scholes has served on the Denver Health Foundation Board since 1999.  When asked to join the Level One Society Board in 2006, Jenny jumped at the opportunity.  “Denver Health has always been an intimate part of my life.  My family has dedicated time & energy to the betterment of the hospital.  I am honored to help carry on the tradition.”

Jenny is a Denver native and graduate of EmoryUniversity, where she earned her degree in Economics and Finance.  While growing up in Denver, Jenny attended GralandCountryDay School and KentDenverSchool.  Jenny grew up in the family insurance business and began her career in a fast track graduate training program with Marsh, Inc. in Denver.  In 2006, Jamie Pruett and Jenny Scholes founded Pruett Scholes Insurance Agency in Denver to take advantage of a unique combination of experience in all facets of the industry. 

The Pruett Scholes Insurance Agency is committed to the  Denver community and promotes a culture of community involvement.  In addition to her work with Denver Health, Jenny serves as Chair of the Junior Patron Committee of the Denver Debutante Ball benefiting The Colorado Symphony Orchestra.  She co-founded the Young Camerata of the Central City Opera House Association Guild, and served as VP of Communications for Kappa Alpha Theta Denver Alumnae Chapter which supports the national philanthropy, C.A.S.A. (Court Appointed Special Advocates).
