Maja Rosenquist, LEED AP
Vice President, Mortonson's Construction
Maja Rosenquist is currently the Vice President of Project Development for Mortenson’s Denver office. During her tenure with Mortenson, she has traveled extensively, building complex and technical projects in Washington, Texas, Minnesota, California and Colorado. Maja has led prestigious projects such as the $137 million Exempla Good Samaritan Medical Center, the $143 million Exempla Lutheran North Pavilion, and the $58 million Denver Health Pavilion for Women and Children. Maja continues to make her mark on the construction industry overseeing the construction of the new Ralph L. Carr Colorado Justice Complex, and leading project development for the company in addition to the healthcare and municipal markets for the Denver office. Maja has also been a key member in the development and implementation of Mortenson’s small business and apprenticeship programs. Maja earned a B.S. in Construction Management from the University of Washington.
Maja is involved with many organizations in the community, including those supporting the advancement of healthcare delivery and other civic improvements. These include the Denver Metro Chamber, American Hospital Association, Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation Board, American Society for Healthcare Engineering, Colorado Hospital Association, Exempla Lutheran Medical Foundation Board, Colorado Association of Healthcare Engineers and Directors, Downtown Denver Partnership Economic Board, Denver Chamber Economic Development Council Board of Governors and the Aurora Economic Development Council Board. Previous board positions have included the YMCA & LoDo District Board.
