Chuck Morris has been a driving force in the Colorado music community for almost 40 years.  After moving to Boulder from New York in the late 1960s to pursue a doctorate in Political Science at the University of Colorado, Chuck built the legendary Tulagi nightclub in Boulder (1972-1973), which included first tours by such notable up-and-comers as the Doobie Brothers, Bonnie Raitt, the Eagles, Linda Ronstadt, ZZ Top, and many others.

Later, Morris joined promoter Barry Fey as Senior Vice President of Feyline, responsible for running the booking and promoting  department and was involved with the Rolling Stones, the Who, and Willie Nelson. After a time in the promotion world, Morris left to run a successful music management company (1986-present), which has represented such artists as Big Head Todd and the Monsters, Lyle Lovett, Leftover Salmon, Leo Kottke, and the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band.

Other notable successes include the development of the Fillmore Auditorium in Denver and, in partnership with Kroenke Sports Enterprises, the Universal Lending Citylights Pavilion in downtown Denver, a 5,000-seat amphitheater.  With Chuck's vision the pavilion has hosted numerous charity concerts and events, including the Mullen High School fundraiser, Wines for Life, Outward Bound, and Concerts for Kids.

In June, 2007 Chuck joined AEG Live, a leader in providing live entertainment and sports around the world. And in 2008, Chuck and AEG Live produced and promoted the first-ever Mile High Music Festival, which has become a firm favorite with artists and concert-goers alike.

Chuck was on the Democratic National Convention Special Events Committee in Denver, and is a board member of the American Transplant Foundation, Jeremy Bloom's Wish of a Lifetime Foundation and the University of Colorado Advisory Board. He has also been involved in events for the Kempe Foundation, The Children's Hospital, Denver Dumb Friends League, Denver Police Gala, Medal of Honor Convention, Outward Bound, concert for Hurricane Katrina and Catholic Foundations.

Chuck and his lovely wife Becky Morris are very active in an annual charity event that raises money for Park Hill Elementary, and are the proud parents of five children.
